Due to power outages, residents of Chervonohrad are urged to use elevators with caution, as it may take a long time to get out of them.
The water supply is also reduced during the outages, so it is worth using water sparingly and taking care of its reserves in advance.
This is especially true for residents of the 9th to 12th floors, as water is pumped through the district heating stations, which are also subject to shutdowns.
