Directors and specialists of social institutions took part in the training on the implementation of e-document management.
All institutions under the jurisdiction of the Social Protection Department of Lviv Regional State Administration will implement the electronic document management system. Training sessions have already started.
According to Roman Andres, Head of the Social Protection Department of Lviv Regional State Administration, more than fifty participants joined the first training. Among them are all directors of social institutions, as well as specialists who will be directly responsible for implementing electronic document management in their institutions.
The training was organized by the Lviv Oblast Department of Social Protection, the Lviv Oblast Digital Development Department, the Right to Protection Charitable Foundation, and the Main Department of the National Social Service in Lviv Oblast. Taras Podvirnyi, a representative of the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner, also joined the team of trainers.
In general, the training consisted of two parts: the first was theoretical, and the second covered the practical component.
In particular, it was about
digitalization of administrative services in the field of social protection;
implementation of digital solutions in the public sphere;
practical aspects of e-document management: working with registers, document execution, personalization in the system, etc;
basic principles of work of managers and their assistants in the system.
“I have great hope that e-document management will be implemented in institutions very quickly. After all, electronic document management is all about benefits, it is convenient, efficient, confidential, accessible, and, ultimately, economical,” emphasized Roman Andres.
