A new application “TurBOTa about IDPs” has been introduced. The chatbot is designed to help internally displaced persons integrate into communities.
The chatbot will help migrants from Kyiv, Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk and Chernivtsi.
For example, with the help of a chatbot it will be possible to find housing in a new region, find out what documents are required to register the status of an IDP, how and where to get help, addresses and phone numbers of social security centers, etc., get legal advice
The project is implemented by the Crimean Tatar Resource Center within the framework of the “Join!” Public Activity Promotion Program, funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and implemented by Pact in Ukraine
