Zolochiv district: a man died in a fire
On 21 October, at 19:14, the Rescue Service “101” received a report of a fire in a one-storey brick residential building in the village of Velyka Vilshanytsia, Zolochiv district.
Rescuers of the 13th State Fire and Rescue Unit of Zolochiv and the local fire brigade of Bortkiv were sent to the scene.
When the rescuers arrived at the scene, local residents found the husband of the owner of the house in the apartment building, took him out into the fresh air and extinguished the fire. Unfortunately, the man had no signs of life. The deceased was a man born in 1960.
The Main Directorate of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Lviv region reminds to avoid accidents:
– do not smoke in bed;
– monitor the condition and serviceability of the power grid;
– do not leave electrical appliances on when leaving the premises;
– do not leave young children unattended and do not allow them to play with matches;
– try to avoid overloading the power grid, do not switch on high-power household appliances at the same time.
