During the first quarter of this year, the hotline call center of the Lviv region received 29,975 calls.
Most people asked for questions in the following areas:
utilities – 42% of calls;
social protection and assistance to IDPs – 22%;
transport issues – 4%;
other issues – 32%.
Also, many appeals concern issues related to martial law, border crossing, etc.
In terms of districts, the most frequently addressed residents were:
Lviv – 44%;
Drohobytskyi – 8%;
Sambirskyi – 8%;
Stryisky – 5%.
Other regions and regions of Ukraine – 35%.
