According to current legislation, enterprises that provide communal services must register in the office of the service provider.
As Svitlana Sidelnyk, head of the citizen service department No. 5 – service center of Chervonograda, noted, it is recommended to identify a responsible person in each communal institution who would provide this office with all the necessary information. To do this, you need to send the certificate to the electronic key to the email address of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in the Lviv region. After processing it, access to the service provider’s office will be provided.
In accordance with Government Resolution No. 848, service providers must provide the Pension Fund with information on the cost of such services within five days. The introduction of such a system will make it possible to simplify the procedure for calculating subsidies, quickly calculate their amount, and provide reliable data on subsidy recipients.
Also, Svitlana Sidelnyk noted, from January 1, 2023, the provision of benefits in non-cash form will be canceled. Funds to persons who are entitled to them will be transferred to a special account in banking institutions, from which every citizen can withdraw them.
