477 successful projects are being implemented in Lviv Oblast thanks to the YeRobota program, which started in July last year. Among them, 100 beginners have just opened their own business, 301 active entrepreneurs and 76 legal entities are working on business expansion.
Having received a positive decision on the provision of micro-grants in the amount of 50 to 250 thousand hryvnias, they undertook to create 1,140 new jobs in such areas of the economy as wholesale and retail trade, conducting activities in the processing industry, as well as in the field of temporary accommodation and catering. In total, UAH 112 million of grant funds will be used in Lviv region.
“As of March 24, 2023, 407 program participants who received funds in the form of micro-grants for starting or developing businesses provided 1,045 people with new jobs,” said director of the Lviv Regional Employment Center, Vasyl Barilyuk. – This year, as a result of the review of documents in the first two waves, another 44 applicants from the Lviv region received a positive decision to provide micro-grants for a total amount of 10.4 million hryvnias.
The most common types of activity: processing industry, provision of services in the fields of health care, beauty, recreation, nutrition, work in the field of trade, etc. Some of the program participants will develop farming. UAH 2.1 million of grant funds have already returned to the treasury in the form of mandatory taxes and fees.
As of today, the processing of the applications submitted within the third wave has been completed, as a result of which 42 more new participants of the “eRobota” program have been recommended for consideration by the commission of the State Employment Center.
