The educational process continues in educational institutions of the Chervonograd community. It takes place in different formats: face-to-face, remote and mixed.
Completed equipment of schools and kindergartens. Compared to last year, the number of pupils of preschool institutions decreased by 100 children.
According to the head of the education department, Ihor Gomonka, 9% of children from the total list, that is 897 students, are outside Ukraine. Every sixth of them (161 students) gets an education in the school of the state in which he is staying. More than 230 children from among internally displaced persons study in city educational institutions.
In connection with the increase in the incidence of coronavirus infection, including among children and teaching staff, according to the prescriptions of the Laboratory Center for Disease Control and Prevention, almost every day one class is transferred to a distance form of education.
Work is also ongoing on arranging the shelters. The issue of the Volsvyn preschool remains problematic. The shelter provided for the kindergarten does not meet the requirements, so it is likely that a decision will have to be made to close this institution.
