In Lviv, a preschool educational institution with an elementary school will be built at 75-A Hnizdovsky Street and 8 Rudnenska Street.
On August 4, the executive committee of the Lviv City Council approved urban planning conditions and restrictions for the design of the construction site for the new construction of the Lviv Specialized Motor Vehicle Enterprise 1302, PE “Kolibri Star” and PJSC “Lviv City Dairy Plant” of a preschool educational institution with an elementary school at 75-A Hnizdovsky Street and 8 Rudnenska Street in Lviv.
As explained in the Lviv City Council’s Department of Architecture and Urbanism, an elementary school and a kindergarten will be built in the Levandivka neighborhood on a site that is actively developing.
“Currently, construction is actively underway there. Previously, a detailed plan of the territory was adopted. Urban planning conditions and restrictions were issued several times. In fact, we are talking about a series of plots, one of which was recently allocated for the construction of this facility. There is an elementary school for 150 children and a kindergarten for 180 children,” said Anton Kolomeytsev, head of the architecture and urban planning department of the Lviv City Council.
“On behalf of the mayor of Lviv, we analyzed the social obligations of the company “Riel”. Representatives of the company twice reported on this issue at the executive committee. The current urban planning conditions and restrictions are the beginning of the implementation of the road map that was worked out,” explained Lyubomyr Zubach, Lviv’s deputy mayor for urban planning.
The developer plans to start construction work in early February 2024 and complete it within the year.
