The Department of Education of Lviv has resumed the procedure for holding competitions for filling vacant positions of directors of schools of the Lviv City Territorial Community.
“We will once again hold competitions for school directors of the Lviv MTG. First of all, we will complete the procedure for those that were already announced by February 24. Also, now we will publish announcements about the competition not only on the website of the administration, but also on our Facebook page, so keep an eye on the announcements,” the education administration said.
Qualification requirements for candidates:
the citizenship of Ukraine;
fluency in the state language;
higher education of at least a master’s degree (specialist);
experience of pedagogical and/or scientific-pedagogical work of at least three years;
a state of physical and mental health that does not prevent the performance of professional duties;
no criminal record.
Additional requirements:
experience in the organization, execution and development strategy of educational projects;
leadership qualities: initiative, ability to manage, motivate and organize team work;
the ability to master the processes of delegation and planning at work;
high communication skills: interaction with parents, students and employees;
high presentation skills.
