In the Lviv district of Levandivka, on Rudnenska Street 8, the construction of a modern school covering nearly 5,000 square meters is actively underway. The project is being implemented by the company ‘Riel’, which will transfer the facility to the city’s ownership upon completion. Currently, builders are working on pouring the monolithic frame: the first floor is already finished, and the second has begun. It is expected that the main structure with the roof, windows, and facade will be completed by summer. Further plans include interior works and equipping the classrooms with furniture and equipment.
This school is part of a social initiative by the company ‘Riel’, which is also building residential units nearby. This is the first project of its kind for the developer, although not for the city of Lviv. According to Lyubomyr Zubach, there are already three overcrowded schools functioning in the area, so the new facility will significantly improve the educational infrastructure.
It should be noted that four more schools are under construction in Lviv, which developers will also transfer to municipal ownership upon completion of the work.
