About 50 applications for compensation for damaged property after rocket fire have already been received from the residents of Sykhov

Lviv residents whose homes were damaged after a rocket attack on December 29 can receive compensation from the city for damaged property. As Andriy Zozulya, the head of the Sykhiv district administration, reported, on the street Khotkevycha, 48 (premises of the Lyceum “Sykhivskyi”) continues to operate the on-site TsNAP, and about 50 requests for compensation have already been received.

“After the missile attack on December 29, 30 houses were damaged in the Sikhiv district, 12 of them were the most damaged. A total of 558 apartments were damaged – approximately 2,018 windows in apartments, stairwells and loggias were broken, and 110 entrance doors to apartments were damaged.

Therefore, on the street Khotkevicha, 48, the mobile TsNAP has started to work, where residents can apply and apply for compensation for damaged property. UAH 12,000 is provided for each window and UAH 8,000 for one door.

As of now, about 50 applications have already been received. Currently, until the end of the week, the Center for Health Care Services will continue to work from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Therefore, residents of damaged buildings can use its services,” Andriy Zozulya said.

According to him, on the first day after the shelling, with the help of employees of the district administration, communal services, LKP, condominiums, managers, charitable organizations and volunteers, damaged window openings were closed with temporary materials, electricity, heat, water and gas supply was restored in the affected houses.

We will remind you that on December 29, Lviv suffered a massive attack by Russian drones and missiles: there were several hits on civilian objects, 19 injured and one dead. The city allocated UAH 35 million to compensate residents of buildings affected by rocket fire.
