Internship “Academy of First Opportunities” started in Yavorivska RVA

Among the trainees are students, as well as young people who have already graduated from universities.

The “Academy of First Opportunities” program, which, on the initiative of the head of the Lviv region Maksym Kozytskyi, is successfully operating in the Lviv OVA, is being scaled up to the districts of the Lviv region. Therefore, today, April 20, nine young people from Yavoriv Oblast began their internship at the Yavoriv Military State Administration.

The interns met with Lyubomir Sopilnyk, adviser to the head of the Lviv OVA, Natalia Shegynska, business trainer, communications expert, head of the Department of Social Security and Personnel Management of the Ivan Franko LNU, Acting. the deputy head of the personnel and awards department of the Lviv OVA, Oksana Tsisinska, and the deputy regional leader of ZeMolodizhka Lviv Oblast, Olena Deyna.

The representatives of the Lviv OVA presented to the interns the directions of activity and the development strategy of the Lviv OVA, and also explained the specifics of the work of management structures in the conditions of a full-scale war, the value of civil servants, talked about branding and the opportunities that participation in the internship program provides.

As the speakers noted, the goal of the program is to form a new generation of civil servants in the Lviv region. To provide more opportunities for young people to join the work in the field of public administration.

The head of Yavorivska VA Yaroslav Kominsky also congratulated the trainees.

“Thank you all for your activity and for volunteering to participate in the project. I am sure it will become a reliable foundation for your future professional success. Thanks to Maksym Kozytskyi, the head of the Lviv OVA, and his team for implementing a wonderful program that brings young people closer to the field of public administration. Remember, the walls of the VA are always open to active and creative young people who want to implement cool ideas to improve work in the civil service,” emphasized Yaroslav Komynskyi.

We would like to remind you that in order to take part in the selection for an internship, all willing young people had until April 10 to fill out an application.

Those who:

are citizens of Ukraine
fluent in the state language
are from 18 to 25 years old
have a higher education or are students of higher educational institutions of I-IV levels of accreditation
able to work with a PC and office software

Six of the interns are students, three have already graduated from higher educational institutions.

The “Academy of First Opportunities” program will continue in other districts of the Lviv region. The recruitment of interns will be announced further.
