General secondary education institutions of the Drohobychska hromada are among the top 200 schools in Ukraine according to NMT results

Every year, the educational information resource “Osvita.ua” sums up the rating of general secondary education institutions, which are among the top 200 schools in Ukraine according to the NMT results.

The information was recently announced at a weekly operational meeting by the Head of the Education Department Petro Sheviak.

This year, the national multi-subject test was held again in the context of war. So instead of the traditional external independent testing, graduates took the national multi-subject test. This year’s NMT contained four subject blocks: Ukrainian language, mathematics, history of Ukraine and a subject of choice.

The rating was calculated, among other things, based on test results, taking into account the number of graduates who took the NMT and the total number of tests, including the result “did not pass”.

Thus, the top 200 schools in Ukraine from the Drohobych community include:

– Lyceum №2 – 100th place;

– Drohobych Bohdan Lepkyi Scientific Lyceum – 123rd place;

– Regional Scientific Lyceum – 127th place;

– Ivan Franko Lyceum No. 1 – 176th place.

Boryslav Lyceum (173rd place) and Truskavets School No. 1 (179th place) are also in the top 200 schools in Ukraine.

In Drohobych, eleven schoolchildren received the Mayor’s Award for the highest number of points in NMT this year. According to the Education Department of the Drohobych City Council, ten students will receive a one-time payment from the local budget in the amount of UAH 3,000:
