The Garrison Church of the Holy Apostles Peter and Paul in Lviv is calling on Ukrainian soldiers to join a good cause and help them feel the joy of the Feast of the Transfiguration of the Lord, which is now celebrated on August 6.
The annual charity event “Fruit Basket for the Defenders of Ukraine” is being continued by the chaplains of the Center for Military Chaplaincy of the Lviv Archeparchy of the UGCC, with the support of the St. Nicholas Foundation.
