Increased Chlorine Content in Water for Drohobych Residents on March 27

Residents of the towns of Drohobych, Stebnyk, as well as Drohobych and Stryi districts, are informed about the increased level of chlorine in the water on March 27. This is due to the scheduled hyperchlorination of the ‘Hirne’ and ‘Urizh’ water intake facilities, as well as the water supply network, according to the approved schedule of the company. It is recommended that the water received by consumers on this day be settled for an hour and boiled before use. The hyperchlorination procedure is carried out several times a year for the disinfection of the water supply system.
