The construction of industrial premises will begin near Ostrov in October – the “InPark Chervonograd” project will start

On September 7, the head of LOVA, Maksym Kozytskyi, announced that the “InPark Chervonograd” project will start in Chervonograd, and already in October, the city plans to start construction of industrial premises that will be leased to small and medium-sized businesses.

Andrii Zalivskyi – Chairman of the Chervonograd City Council about the “InPark Chervonograd” project:

“During the opening of the “Maidan” shopping center, I had a conversation with the investor of this institution, Volodymyr Shved (whom we met 1.5 years ago), and I proposed to implement another, equally large-scale project in Chervonograd. Estate Group” with a list of free land plots, advised to participate in the auction.

By the way, the investor had a great desire to develop in Chervonohrad, because he liked the favorable investment climate created here for business. Therefore, the company “Real-Estate Group” took part and won the auction, taking a 3.555-hectare plot of land on Promyslova Street on lease for 10 years. According to the preliminary plan, production premises will be located here, and I hope that this project will be implemented in the near future and we will have another good location, this time production and logistics.

This plot of land has been empty for a long time, and now it can become a good field for image development of Chervonograd. Further, everything will depend on the cooperation of the developer company and entrepreneurs who want to conduct their production activities there. By the way, this is a great opportunity for business to get tax benefits, because under the Program of Fair Restoration of Coal Regions, companies that will be registered on the territory of mining communities will receive certain preferences, – noted Andriy Zalivskyi.
