On March 5, during a regular meeting of the executive committee of Chervonohrad City Council, members of the executive committee voted to approve the adjusted price for the management of apartment buildings provided by Chervonohradzhilokomunservis in Chervonohrad and Hirnyk.
As Mykhailo Kot, deputy head of the housing and communal services department, commented, the average tariff will increase by UAH 1 per square meter of total apartment area.
At the enterprise, 40% of employees receive the minimum wage. In the current price, the salary of the company’s employees is calculated from the subsistence minimum for able-bodied persons of UAH 2481 and the minimum wage of UAH 6500.
Starting from January 1, 2024, the minimum wage in Ukraine will be UAH 7100, and starting from April 1, 2024, it will be UAH 8000. Therefore, the adjustment of the cost of the MFB management service is due to the increase in the minimum wage and the subsistence level.
