The international financial organization – the Northern Environmental Finance Corporation (NEFKO) invites applications for participation in the tender (pre-qualification) for the search for a contractor who will build social housing for injured internally displaced persons in Lviv.
8 houses for 700 people will be built in Lviv on Mykolaichuka Street. It will be social housing for injured internally displaced persons who will be rehabilitated within the UNBROKEN ecosystem. The European Commission allocated EUR 19.5 million in grant funds for housing construction.
Houses with 3-5 floors will be located on two plots of land at the end of Mykolaichuka Street. Inside, there will be one-, two- and three-room campuses, so that people can live together with their families. The apartments are also fully equipped and furnished.
Applications for participation in the tender must be submitted by July 25, 2023. All details on participation are available at the link.
According to the organizers, only those contractors will be invited to the tender who have submitted an application for participation by the final date, provided they have proven compliance with all qualification criteria.

The contractor will be responsible for all work, including project management, quality assurance, supply of all materials and components, earthworks, building construction, installation, furnishing (including furniture and other equipment), commissioning and warranty.
