Chervonograd is preparing to have access to the Internet in the event of a power outage. The city has already received confirmation from service providers that their intermediate backup network equipment is equipped with power backup, service packages will be provided even in the event of a blackout.
Therefore, the deputy mayor of Chervonograd, Taras Tyrko, appealed to the heads of city institutions, establishments, Starosty districts with a request to test the situation, whether the Internet will work in administrative buildings in the event of a lack of electricity.
He also called for public Wi-Fi zones to be created in administrative buildings, especially in starostats, so that residents can use the Internet if necessary.
