Lviv did not agree to the construction of another high-rise building in Bryukhovychy

At Lvivska Street, 12 in Bryukhovychy, they want to build a multi-apartment residential complex with underground parking with the demolition of the existing building. However, due to non-compliance with urban planning documentation, the Department of Architecture and Urbanism of Lviv refused to issue urban planning conditions and restrictions for such an object.

The details of the reasons for the refusal were told by the chief architect of Lviv, Anton Kolomeytsev, at a meeting of the executive committee of the Lviv City Council.

“This is a very important area for both Lviv and the urban-type village of Bryukhovychy. It is about the territory next to the restaurant near the lake.

Before joining the Lviv community, a detailed plan of an urban-type settlement was developed and approved. According to him, a five-story building is planned on this site. However, in the town planning plans that we received, the building is larger, and the technical floor is no different from the residential one, so in fact it is 6 floors, and in some sections even 7 floors.

I would like to note that the detailed plan included, for example, a kindergarten. We don’t see it here, only the children’s day care facility. De facto, there is every reason to prepare a refusal in connection with non-compliance with urban planning documentation,” said Anton Kolomeytsev.
