Lvivvodokanal repair crews have replaced another 350 metres of leaky 200 mm diameter water supply pipe in Dubliany, 28 Shevchenka Street, which supplies dormitories and a dozen other buildings.
This was reported by the press service of the Lviv City Council.
On 26 November, pipelines are being reconnected.
“In total, since August this year, 1190 metres of water pipes of various diameters have been replaced in Dubliany.
In particular, a large-scale replacement of 620 m of the 125 mm diameter main water supply line was carried out on the Dubliany-Sitykhiv section. Current repairs were carried out on Danylo Halytskoho Street, Instytutska Street, Franko Street, Dublianska Street, Volodymyr Velykyi Street, Zelena Street, Studenca Street, Sadova Street, Dovbush Street. Two new gate valves were also installed to localise accidents, 9 manholes were replaced and 3 fire hydrants were installed. The total cost of the work is UAH 1.6 million,” Lvivvodokanal said.
