Drones of various modifications, unmanned aerial systems and electronic warfare systems have been purchased and handed over to various Lviv units and air assault troops by the Lviv community.
The total cost of the purchase is UAH 24 million.
In particular, this time we purchased and delivered:
– 390 FPV drones
– 25 Mavic 3T drones
– 4 electronic warfare systems
– 2 Magura complexes
– 12 Grey Widow complexes
It is worth noting that Lviv constantly provides funds for defense and support of the military defending Ukraine from the Russian occupiers. According to the city’s program of support for the Armed Forces of Ukraine, at the request of military brigades and units, the city buys what is urgently needed on the front line or provides subventions for it. These are drones, cars, radios, and various specialized technical items. The purchases are part of the Lion’s Revenge initiative.
By the way, Lviv has recently handed over several jeeps, an ATV, drones, special task vehicles, electronic warfare systems, and almost 500 drones to the defenders. In total, in the first 6 months of 2024, UAH 463 million was allocated from the Lviv city budget for the needs of the Armed Forces.
