Residents of the Lviv community who are unable to visit the ASC for health reasons can use the Mobile Administrator. Thanks to a special portable case, the ASC employee can provide the service in any room. This year, more than 30 people have already used the service.
According to the Department of Service Administration of Lviv City Council, the most popular services of the Mobile Administrator include receiving one-time financial assistance; registration/de-registration of residence; pasting a photo upon reaching the age of 25 and 45; and obtaining an extract from the territorial community register.
The Mobile Administrator can be used by people with group 1 disabilities, military personnel, and those undergoing long-term inpatient treatment and requiring outside care.
To order the service, you need to fill out an online form. Within three days, the ASC employee will agree with the applicant on the date and time of the visit.
The services that can be ordered include social protection services, housing services (including registration/de-registration of a place of residence), services of district administrations, state registration offices, various extracts, certificates, and more. “The Mobile Administrator has been operating in Lviv since July 2022.
