According to the Department of Architecture and Urbanism of the Lviv City Council, it is a 4-storey building with a shelter with an area of more than 1730 sq m. It will be built on a land plot with a designated purpose for the construction and maintenance of healthcare and social assistance facilities, which corresponds to the projected facility.
“The building is located between the maternity ward and the Metro shopping center on a corner plot. The project was adjusted and approved by the air service. The applicants also finalized the basement, arranged dual-purpose premises and removed overhanging structures. Now this building closes the street well,” said Roman Krushelnytsky, an expert at the Department of Architecture and Urbanism of the Lviv City Council.
