The Commercial Court of the Lviv Region satisfied the claims of the head of the Yavoriv District Prosecutor’s Office regarding the return of the anti-radiation shelter to the state from someone else’s illegal ownership of the economic entity.
We are talking about premises with a total area of more than 21 square meters, which is located in the Yavoriv district. According to the technical passport, it can accommodate 30 people.
The prosecutor’s office established that the joint-stock company, privatizing the real estate, illegally appropriated the protective structure of civil protection.
At the same time, the shelter, being in private ownership, despite the state of war, remained limited ready for use as intended.
Therefore, the district prosecutor’s office sent a corresponding lawsuit to the court to claim the property of the specified property from the state.
After the decision enters into force, measures will be taken to implement it.
