Recently, during a document check of a driver engaged in passenger transport, inspectors discovered the absence of state registration as a business entity and the lack of a license for this type of activity. A protocol was drawn up for the driver under Art. 164 part 1 (Violation of the procedure for conducting business activities) of the Code of Administrative Offenses.
