Reconstruction of the street Pylypa Orlyka is coming to an end. As reported by LKP “Lvivavtodor”, the contracting organization “Onur” LLP carries out final works – installation of curbs and curbs, constructive layers of pedestrian sidewalks and the top layer of asphalt concrete.
“The renovation project of St. Pylyp Orlyk, the expansion of the roadway with the installation of a new asphalt concrete surface with one lane for traffic in each direction, the installation of sidewalks and bicycle infrastructure, the installation of parking spaces for cars along the street, the installation of a public transport stop and the installation of a garbage site, the installation of a retaining wall near the hospital, reconstruction water supply and sewage networks, outdoor lighting and power supply networks.
The project also provides conditions for unhindered and convenient movement of the less mobile population groups, landscaping of the territory (demolition of emergency trees and planting of new ones).
However, in the process of street reconstruction, the contractor discovered so-called floating soils. Therefore, it was necessary to excavate the soil and replace it. Also, unfortunately, martial law and frequent air raids made adjustments to the work schedule.
We will remind you that the renovation project of St. Pylyp Orlyk was developed by LKP “Institute of Spatial Development” in 2019.
The total cost of the work in accordance with the contract between Lvivavtodor LLP and Onur Construction International LLC is UAH 74.8 million.
