According to Art. 17 of the Law of Ukraine “On Metrology and Metrological Verification”, the verification of metering devices in the private sector is carried out by the water utility at its own expense.
According to the Drohobych City Council, this service is included in the subscription fee for private sector consumers.
The water utility carries out verification of metering devices on a rotational basis. We ask consumers to provide access to meters to fulfil this legal requirement.
We remind you that the calibration interval for metering devices is 4 years.
