The school on Heroiv Kruty in Lviv, which has a complex project, is 80% complete

The monolithic work at the school has been completed. All floors, shelters, a swimming pool and a gym have been built.

This was announced by Lubomyr Zubach, Deputy Mayor of Lviv for Urban Development. All work is carried out at the expense of the developer.

A modern educational building for Lyceum No. 80 is being built in Lviv. Three stages of monolithic work have already been completed. All floors of the building, a 250-square-metre shelter, a 25-metre by 10-metre swimming pool and a large gym above it have been constructed. Next in line are engineering networks (water, sewerage, electricity), roofing, window glazing, and the delivery of land for the future stadium.

“The builders themselves admit that the project designed by Kyiv-based architect Viktor Kudin (KUDIN architects) is very interesting, there are only a few of their kind in Lviv, but it is also challenging. Because of the relief. They took out 15-20 thousand cubic metres of earth, and the foundation slab is mounted on piles – 266 piles were drilled. We can’t even count the amount of concrete poured.

The developer, who is building this communal school at his own expense – the Resident Development company – keeps up the pace of work. Even during the war. And the city is grateful to him for that. I am convinced that this is one of the projects that Lviv will be proud of,” said Liubomyr Zubach.
