“Representatives of the Children’s Advisory Council establish their own projects, flash mobs join existing ones. They talk about the interests of Ukrainian youth, listen to each other, get to know foreign youth and announce themselves to the city. And who, if not the teenagers themselves, best understands what they like and are interested in,” says the “Children’s Service” department of the Lviv City Council.
