The city planning department of the LMR notes that the temporary building on the street Sakharova, 19 dismantled the “Administrative-Technical Management” KP to implement the decision of the Executive Committee.
“Back in 2018, the kiosk at the mentioned address was removed from the comprehensive scheme (it had neither a binding passport nor an OKEB contract). And the building itself, to put it mildly, was not a decoration of public space.
The owner of the kiosk had time to dismantle the building with his own hands, but he did not do it,” the urban planning department said.
Therefore, the dismantling of the building was carried out by the employees of KP “Administrative and Technical Management”.
We will remind you that in Lviv, the activity of temporary structures is regulated by the decree “On the implementation of entrepreneurial activities in temporary structures on the territory of the city of Lviv.” According to it, all temporary structures, which are not included in the comprehensive scheme and do not have the appropriate permission documents, are subject to dismantling.
