LKP “Lvivavtodor” announces a tender for “Construction of a motor vehicle enterprise on the street V. Vernadskyi (near building No. 193 on Stryyska St.) in the city of Lviv.” Proposals from companies that intend to participate in the tender are accepted until January 11, 2023.
According to the project, the ATP farm should be located on the plot with an area of 1.2606 hectares:
- administrative and household building with premises for current bus repairs (for three buses):
- an administrative and household building (2 floors), with a built-up area of 332.9 m2, and a room for the
- current repair of buses together with a checkpoint with observation pits, a built-up area of 447.5 m2;
- car wash (for 4 buses), building area 409.2 m2;
- transformer substation;
- treatment plant;
- parking lot for vehicles (buses) with 55 spaces;
- parking lot for temporary parking of cars for 9 places.
Proposals from companies that intend to participate in the tender are accepted until January 11, 2023. After that, tender offers will be opened, they will be studied and the winner will be selected. The work will be carried out with the financial support of the European Investment Bank.
