The fourth modular town for immigrants is being built in Lviv

Active work is ongoing in Lviv on the creation of a new, fourth modular town for Ukrainians who, fleeing the war, found refuge in our city.

According to the deputy mayor of Lviv for urban planning, Lyubomir Zubach, the new houses will be the most comfortable for living in winter.

“We installed the first such modules back in the summer. Although they have convectors for heating, this fourth town will be more comfortable for winter conditions. There will be a corridor-type layout here – you won’t have to go outside to get to the showers or the dining room. One- and two-story houses will be able to accommodate more than a thousand Ukrainians left without a roof over their heads.

Two-story modules are a kind of challenge, they have not been installed in our city yet. But we will definitely manage,” said Lubomyr Zubach.

The installation of these modular houses became possible thanks to the cooperation of the Ministry of Community and Territorial Development of Ukraine and the Polish government.

Attention media representatives: a briefing will be held on the site of this modular town on Monday, details will be announced later.
