Entrepreneurs are already redesigning the bike path on Chornovil Avenue
Employees of a commercial enterprise are correcting the shortcomings that were made during the laying of a bicycle path at 93 Chornovil Avenue (near the ARSEN shopping centre). All works on the improvement of this area should be completed by 1 November. This was reported by the Shevchenkivskyi District Administration.
“Employees of Eurotec Invest are already correcting the deficiencies that they made during the landscaping of the territory near the ARSEN shopping centre. We have been assured that the landscaping at this location is scheduled to be completed by 1 November,” the Shevchenkivskyi District Administration said.
As a reminder, the Closed Joint Stock Company “Eurotec Invest Closed-end Non-Diversified Venture Corporate Investment Fund” received permission to carry out landscaping works at this location and to build a bicycle path to the existing intersection. However, during the work, the company’s employees deviated from the project agreed with the Department of Architecture and Spatial Development and “shortened” a section of the bike path, which became dangerous as a result. During a meeting with representatives of the Shevchenkivskyi District Administration, the contractor admitted his guilt and assured that all the shortcomings would be corrected.
