According to Lvivvodokanal, near the house on the street At Pekarska, 3, a hidden water leak was discovered, which caused the road to sink.
In connection with emergency and recovery works, part of Pekarska Street from Ivan Franko Street to building No. 13 is temporarily closed to traffic. Drivers are asked to avoid this area.
“Our crews are working on site. A hidden water leak was detected, which caused the subsidence of the road surface. The workers will try to do it as soon as possible, we plan to finish it by today, by the evening,” Lvivvodokanal LMKP noted.
The Lviv City Council apologizes to the residents for the temporary inconvenience caused by emergency restoration works.
