Bus routes that were stopped or shortened due to higher fuel prices will resume operation in Lviv on June 2

According to the Department of Urban Mobility and Street Infrastructure of the City of Lviv, full-fledged work will be resumed tomorrow on bus routes that were previously shortened or suspended due to the fuel situation.

“From tomorrow, June 2, the adjusted fare on bus routes will come into force. The fare will be UAH 15. This is not an easy decision, but thanks to it we were able to resume the work of those routes that were shortened or stopped running in recent weeks.

At the same time, it should be noted that the cost of travel in trams and trolleybuses remains unchanged – 10 UAH. We also retain the right to free travel for all privileged categories, “said Oleh Zabarylo, director of the Department of Urban Mobility and Street Infrastructure of the City of Lviv.

In particular, routes №10 and 11 will be resumed.

Route №39 has already resumed running.

Also route №61 from tomorrow will go without cuts. This route was shortened to Sq. Different, and from tomorrow he will go to Ryasne. 7 large buses will run on this route.

Route №5a will resume its work, the number of buses will increase on route №52. And from tomorrow, large, comfortable buses will run on the G8a route.

Also, according to LK ATP №1, from June 2, the traffic patterns of bus routes №5a and №52 will be changed.

Route №5a will be continued from Sq. Various on Chornovola Ave., st. Lypynskoho to the street Varshavska (in the opposite direction of Varshavska Street, Chornovola Avenue and further along the usual route).

Route №52 instead of st. Warsaw will run on the street. Lypynsky, Bohdan Khmelnytsky to the Galician crossroads and vice versa.

Also, according to the approved traffic scheme, bus routes will resume operation:

№55 – c. Zbiranka – street Zamarstynivska – Chornovola ave. – street Varshavska, 191 – Chornovola Ave. – st. Zamarstynivska – village Collection.

№56 – p. Velyki Hrybovychi – street Grinchenko.
