On Monday, October 24, the executive committee of LMR approved urban planning conditions and restrictions for the construction of the communal market of the KP “Agency of Resources of the Lviv City Council”.
As noted in the city planning department of the LMR, the trade pavilion will be built on the street. S. Petliury (near building No. 11-B) – st. Sadova in the city of Lviv on a plot with an area of 0.10 ha. Actually, the current market “Lyubinske siaivo” will move here.
“The newly constructed building will be a modern pavilion with parking spaces and proper engineering communications. In addition to the retail spaces, there will also be premises for the market administration and a laboratory. Entry to the market territory will be from Pidmiska Street.
Instead, there will be a public space at the place of the current trade,” the urban planning department said.
