Another 35 illegal kiosks to be dismantled in the city

 

The decision to dismantle 35 illegal temporary structures in four districts of Lviv was made today, August 6, during a meeting of the executive committee of the Lviv City Council.

In the Galician district, 4 illegal structures will be dismantled at the following addresses: 2-4 Zernova Street – structure No. 1; 2-4 Zernova Street – structure No. 2; 16-18 Svobody Avenue; 67 Horodotska Street.

In the Zaliznychnyi district of Lviv, 6 kiosks are being dismantled. 3 of the illegal kiosks to be dismantled are located on Chernivetska Street, the rest are on Roksolyana Street, 24, Povirna Street, 31, and Shyroka Street, 68.

In the Sykhiv district, 7 temporary structures are being dismantled at the following addresses: 107 Stryiska St.; O. Dovzhenko St. – Chervona Kalynya Ave. Skoryny, 6; 38 Chervona Kalynya Ave. to H. Hotkevycha St.; 10 M. Dragana St.; 15-A Kolomyiska St.; 1 Kolomyiska St.

In the Frankivsk district of Lviv, 18 kiosks are being dismantled at the following addresses: 74 Naukova St. – building No. 1; 74 Naukova St. – building No. 2; 48 Naukova St.; 63 Volodymyr Velykyi St.; 75 Volodymyr Velykyi St.; 91 Volodymyr Velykyi St.; 49-A Volodymyr Velykyi St.; 5-A V. Symonenko St.; 121 Volodymyr Velykyi St. 121 Volodymyr Velykyi St.; 2 I. Puluy St.; 123 Kulparkivska St.; Naukova St. – Academician Y. Pidryhach St.; 2 I. Rubchak St.; 2 E. Konovalets St. (final stop of tram No. 2); Stryiska St. – Naukova St.; 20 Volodymyr Velykyi St.; 8 Trolleybusna St.; 28-A Naukova St. – 49 Volodymyr Velykyi St.

Entrepreneurs are advised to dismantle the pavilions voluntarily within 10 calendar days. If they fail to do so, the kiosks will be dismantled by employees of the Administrative and Technical Management utility company together with representatives of district administrations.

As a reminder, the Lviv City Council has conducted a full inventory of all temporary structures on the territory of the Lviv community. Based on the results of the inspection, the kiosks that are standing on the streets illegally, without any legal grounds, are being dismantled one by one. Over the past three years, more than a hundred illegal kiosks have been dismantled in the city.
