In the recreational area of Bryukhovychi, a new construction of a multifunctional complex of public and residential buildings is planned. It is planned to use thermal waters for recreation and rehabilitation, as well as to heat the complex. In addition, the developer plans to build an indoor swimming pool on the territory. The project area is 10 hectares, with a low-rise building percentage of only 30%. It is also planned to build a shopping centre with a supermarket, food court, banks, children’s entertainment area, etc.
