At a recent meeting of the deputies, an important decision was made regarding the introduction of an innovative method for providing administrative services through the mobile system ‘Mobile Suitcase.’ This system is designed to assist vulnerable groups of the population directly at their location.
‘Mobile Suitcase’ is a mobile workspace equipped with a complete set of necessary equipment, including a laptop, printer, scanner, ID card reader, mobile modem, and video recorder. This allows for prompt service to citizens who have mobility restrictions or cannot visit the administrative services center.
- The service is intended for community residents aged 80 and older;
- People with disabilities and limited mobility;
- Military personnel and individuals undergoing long-term inpatient treatment.
The service will be available every Thursday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and each of the listed individuals can take advantage of this unique opportunity.
