Water tower with artesian well sold in Zolochiv

On 23 September, a water tower and an artesian well building in Zolochiv were sold at auction for UAH 250,000.

Both structures were purchased by Tiro Investments, according to the online auction website Prozorro.Sale.

The water tower and the artesian well building are located at 50 Lvivska Street in Zolochiv. The tower has an area of 13.2 sq m, and the building has an area of 20.2 sq m. According to the auction website, both brick buildings are in satisfactory condition. The State Property Fund put the building up for sale with a starting price of UAH 1.

The bids of the two participants were almost identical

Seven bidders competed for the right to purchase the buildings. Even at the stage of initial bids, the price per lot rose to UAH 202,000. Thus, Tiro Investments LLC gained the advantage of having the right of last resort in each round and the opportunity to see the bids of its rivals. Already in the first round, Tiro Investments and Volodymyr Medvid almost equalised their bids, but Tiro Investments offered just one hryvnia more than its rival – UAH 205,001.

In the next round, the aforementioned participants again raised the bid to UAH 230,000, with a difference of one kopeck in favour of the company. In the end, Tiro Investments LLC won the auction, offering 7 kopecks more than Medved and 6 kopecks more than Orest Pidkovych, who had not raised his bid until the third round. As a result, the water tower and the artesian well building were sold for UAH 250,000.

According to the YouControl system, Tiro Investments has been in existence for almost 4 years and is registered in Kyiv.

The company is mainly engaged in consulting on commercial and management issues. The owner and director of the company is entrepreneur Yulia Pavlenko.
