An information audit will be conducted in the structural units of Drohobych City Council

Drohobych City Council initiates open electronic consultations with the public to identify structural units that, in the opinion of residents, require an information audit and are priorities for the publication of public information in the form of open data.

Content of the materials submitted for discussion: structural units where information audit is a priority, as well as priority public information and public information in the form of open data in the Drohobych community.

The purpose of the public consultations is to collect proposals to be taken into account during the information audit and disclosure of public information in the form of open data in the Drohobych community.

Social groups and stakeholders whose interests will be affected by the action plan: rural and urban population, local government officials, representatives of civil society institutions, business entities.

The initiated measures are intended to:

– increase transparency and accountability of the authorities;

– reduce corruption risks;

– use open data in management decision-making;

– increase the investment attractiveness of the community.

The deadline for submission of proposals and comments is from 28 October to 11 November 2024.

Suggestions and comments are accepted in the form of messages (letters) to the email address: [email protected], or by filling out an online questionnaire at the link: https://forms.gle/BMHzUxooiRzSuq7g7.

In parallel, consultations will continue on the EDEM e-democracy platform.

The results of the discussion will be published by 26 November 2024 on the website of Drohobych City Council.

Civil society institutions, scientific and expert organisations, and other legal entities must indicate their name and location when submitting proposals and comments in writing to the email address.

Anonymous proposals are not registered and are not considered.
