According to the order of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine dated March 3, 2022, a list of objects that are prohibited for filming in wartime was formed for the media, as well as information that is prohibited to cover. The order also clarified the procedure for admitting members of the media to military facilities in the combat zone during martial law.<\/p>\n
This was announced by the Minister of the Cabinet of Ministers Oleg Nemchinov.<\/p>\n
According to the order, it is forbidden to cover the media in wartime:<\/p>\n
names of units and subdivisions, as well as their location
\nnumber of soldiers in units and subdivisions
\nnumber of weapons and equipment, their condition and place of storage
\nconditional marks of objects<\/p>\n
Any information about:<\/p>\n
operations carried out or planned
\nsystem of protection and defense of military units
\navailable military protection such as: weapons and equipment (except visible or obvious)
\nprocedure for attracting forces (military) and means (weapons)
\nintelligence gathering
\nmovement and deployment of troops (name, number, routes)
\nmilitary units and their tactics, methods of action
\nunique operations and how to perform them
\nthe effectiveness of electronic warfare of the enemy
\ndeferred or canceled transactions
\nmissing or downed plane, ship and search and rescue operations
\nplans for the security of our troops (disinformation, camouflage, counteraction)
\ninformation and psychological operations that are conducted or planned
\npropaganda or justification of Russia’s large-scale armed aggression against Ukraine.<\/p>\n
