In the session hall of the city council there is a point of reception of the received help. Here, aid is sorted and sent to the needy in the regions of Ukraine, where active hostilities continue. 25 heavy vehicles of such assistance were sent to Kyiv, Cherkasy, Sumy, Bucha and other cities of Ukraine, to the front of the Armed Forces. In addition to food, sleeping bags, blankets, warm clothes and hygiene items were donated. One truck was sent to the Lviv Regional Children’s Hospital “Ohmadit”. The same truck was sent to the regional humanitarian aid collection point.<\/p>\n
Significant amounts of aid also come with medicines. Large batches of drugs were formed and distributed to the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, residents of Kyiv, Bila Tserkva and other cities. Residents of the community organized the sewing of first aid kits, flags, and duffel bags. 480 first-aid kits were formed and sent to the Armed Forces, another 10 first-aid kits were handed over to checkpoints, 68 first-aid kits were prepared for shelters. Our rescuers and the police also received first aid kits.<\/p>\n
More than 1,380 people who were forced to leave their homes found refuge in the houses of the community’s residents, and another 25 people were housed in the municipal council’s municipal facilities. 170 refugee families received humanitarian aid to meet their immediate needs in the form of provisions, baby food, clothing, bedding and more. Six refugee families applied for the medicine.<\/p>\n
The health care facilities of the Starosambir Territorial Community provide uninterrupted medical care to refugees.<\/p>\n
