Reliable operation of utilities, including enterprises of electricity, gas, heat, water supply in martial law can be provided only in the case of payment for energy consumed.<\/p>\n
Relevant services ensure constant access of the population to gas, electricity and water. And this is the comfort and safety of the residents of the region and Ukrainians who have found refuge here.<\/p>\n
