The Court has authorised the arrest of Medvedchuk.<\/p>\n
On the 18th of March,the investigating judge granted application of investigator of State Bureau of Investigation(SIB) to elect the preventive measure according to part 6 article 193 of the Criminal procedural Code of Ukraine,that means in the absence of defendant in the case.<\/p>\n
The investigators of SIB and prosecutors of Prosecutor General\u2019s Office have recently taken measures for international search of Victor Medvedchuk.<\/p>\n
We would like to inform, that Victor Medvedchuk being People\u2019s deputy,the head of political party ,,Opposition platform-For life,, and Putin being a godfather of his daughter is suspected in state treason and supporting activity of terroristic organisations.<\/p>\n
The location of defendant in this case is being identified.<\/p>\n
