The Ministry of Agrarian Policy and the Government continue to work to ensure the food security of the state and simplify the conditions for doing business during martial law.<\/p>\n
With the beginning of spring field work against the background of the war in our state, these issues have become especially important. One of the most acute was the provision of agricultural producers with technical means.<\/p>\n
In order to simplify the state registration of machines for individuals and businesses, there is a need to amend certain regulations governing this activity.<\/p>\n
Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On Amendments to the Procedure for Departmental Registration and Deregistration of Tractors, Self-Propelled Chassis, Self-Propelled Agricultural, Road Construction and Reclamation Machines, Agricultural Machinery and Other Mechanisms” introduced a simplified procedure for temporary registration of vehicles during martial law , which will include:<\/p>\n
reduction of the list of documents for registration of cars to the minimum necessary;
\ninspection of cars during registration will be carried out by state inspectors if possible;
\nacceptance of applications for registration of cars, the main departments of the State Food and Consumer Services, on the principle of extraterritoriality.<\/p>\n
The act also stipulates that within six months from the date of termination or abolition of martial law or state of emergency, natural persons and economic entities operating cars that were temporarily registered during martial law or state of emergency are obliged to carry out state registration of cars. in accordance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine “On Road Traffic” and the specified Procedure. In case of establishing the fact of encumbrance of such a machine or submission of documents in which the information does not correspond to the relevant state registers and databases during state registration, and \/ or the machine is not registered within six months from the date of termination or cancellation of martial law or emergency, such machine will be considered unregistered.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
