UKRAINIAN LOST CAR AT BORDER THROUGH CIGARETTE STORAGE<\/p>\n
Border guards of the Lviv detachment prevented an attempt to move cigarettes across the border from Ukraine to Poland.<\/p>\n
Last night, a Dodge car, driven by our 61-year-old compatriot, arrived at the Rava-Ruska checkpoint. Border guards together with customs officers conducted an in-depth inspection of the vehicle.<\/p>\n
During the inspection, the inspection team found cigarettes that were moved in violation of applicable law. The smoke was hidden in the structural cavities of the bottom of the car, as well as under the hood, in the dashboard and fenders. In total, inspectors removed 2,236 packs of cigarettes without excise stamps from Ukraine.<\/p>\n
The tobacco smuggling and the car were confiscated in accordance with the established procedure. The amount of the assessment will be set additionally.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
