According to operative information, it became known that the doctor organized a “profitable business” using his official position. The attacker produced certificates stating that men could not be called up in wartime due to unfitness for military service.<\/p>\n
Militiamen detained the dealer at the crime scene according to Art. 208 of the CPC of Ukraine while receiving the full amount of the bribe.<\/p>\n
The person involved in the case was informed about the suspicion under Part 3 of Art. 368 (acceptance of an offer, promise or receipt of illegal benefit by an official) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine and a measure of restraint was chosen.<\/p>\n
As of today, the doctor has been fired from the post of chief physician.<\/p>\n
